At House of Varada, every piece is crafted with care. In the rare event that something isn't right with your order, here's how we handle it.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders are not eligible for exchange or return unless the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
● Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging
● Email us at care@houseofvarada.com with your order number and photographs
● If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. We will also guide you on the return process and cover reasonable return shipping costs
Please note:
● All Custom Order, and Made to Measure products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable regardless of circumstances
● Products purchased on sale or at any discounted price are non-exchangeable
● Refunds, if applicable, are processed in AED to the original payment method. Any forex difference is not covered by House of Varada
